If nobody answers, just buy a new one. Wested jackets are very reasonable compared to most makers (even their custom-sized ones):

I've had one of their lambskin Raiders jackets for 12 or 13 years, and it's held up beautifully to annual wear. And when it accidentally got hooked on my car door and it tore a big gash in the back panel - yes, lambskin IS fragile - they repaired it FOR FREE. (So unless you want an especially light "summer weight" jacket, I suggest you go with goatskin rather than lambskin.)
