That's a beauty, but I'll never understand why sellers ask big bucks for caps/hats that are too small for the average person.

They can be successfully stretched, at least in the right hands. I know Marc C. regularly upsizes caps by 2 sizes.

Just take the sweatband out, for example, and that'll comfortably fit a 6 7/8.

Well as a recent college graduate anything over $40 is big bucks to me

Look at places that sell fabric for upholstery enthusiasts. Lots of wacky designs, lots of heavy durable fabrics and classic patterns. It would be mad of me to suggest you're going to find exactly this fabric, but similar ones are available certainly.

Yes,upholstery fabrics have more designs that fabric design's of today that's for sure.
