"Bicycle Quarterly" has a nice article in the latest edition on the Lake Pepin 3-Speed Tour. It's a classic style bike tour in Wisconsin. No spandex allowed. Instead, people are encouraged to dress in period clothes from the Thirties. It looks like fun! Ths link has more: www.3speedtour.com

I just ordered a copy of the magazine. The ride was great. A fellow from California was along for the ride, he is looking to set up a similar ride in the wine country. Now to find the elusive Norfolk jacket.
