As you can read HERE, I recently received a hat that wasn't what I bought. I have the option of returning, but I thought I'd see if anyone here wants it, first.
It is a vintage Royal Stetson, maybe from the '50s. Styled as a homburg kinda thing now, but could be re-bashed. The brim does snap, but seems to me like it wants to be worn up.
Color is warm gray/brown... kind of hard to nail down better than that. Triple-stitched overwelt brim. Unique ribbon, with a stripe in the fabric and bow in the back.
Condition is excellent. Could use a little brush-off, but very nice. No wear on sweat band or liner.
Crown (open)- 5 1/4
Brim- 2 1/8
Ribbon Height- 2
Inner Circumference- 23 1/2
Size is true 7 1/2 LO. I'm between a 7 1/2 and 7 5/8 LO, and it's just barely snug on me.
Cost is $95, shipped in the Continental US. That just covers my expenses.
This hat will be available only for a day or two. Then, if no one here wants it, it goes back to the seller.
