Vintage Patchwork Jacket Info Appreciated

This is my first post so feel free to "school me".

This jacket was Vintage when I bought it from a thrift store 33 years ago. I have finally decided I will not fit into it again and wanting all the info I can get on it to possibly sell, maaayyybee.

What are your thoughts on age, handmade, value...I I appreciate anything you have for me. Pics below.
