Vintage Navy peacoat dating

Hi, new to the site here. I recently purchased a vintage Naval Clothing Depot peacoat from the Korean War era. Based on the in-depth and informative article by Peacoat on how to date a peacoat, I'm guessing this tag is the 1950 version. However, the cleaning instructions are not under the mfg label but inside the small pocket behind the label; is this a common occurrence? I didn't see anything in the article about this type of labeling arrangement in regards to putting a date to it so I'm asking you all for help!
