Vintage Menswear Prices Recovering? Hope so!

I'm very happy to see that eBay prices for vintage '20s-'30s menswear (suits, shoes, fedoras) are moving back up to levels befitting their scarcity and attractiveness. This means that I'll be selling my collection on eBay sooner than expected.

I have always felt most vintage brought way less than it should. People think nothing of spending a lot of money for designer crap. Vintage collectors should be glad that people with money generally are not into vintage.

Except the japanese export, denim, workwear crowd. they spend too much in my opinion. But then, i am an american, I don't feel the need to buy american culture.

What about more conventional stuff? Any sense there?

Are you giving it all up, or thinning the herd?
