Hello, all! Got some stuff for sale on eBay. It's once again time for me to make some room in my closet.
First, an awesome 40s - 50s horsehide beltback jacket, with some awesome patina:

There are some issues, but it's a cool jacket, and pretty cheap. Roughly a size 38/40.
next, a similar jacket, in deerskin:

again, a few small issues, but cheap and old and cool. Supposedly a size 38 (which is exactly my size), and it looks great on me...but I can't zip it up cause the chest is too small. So this might be more of a 36 or something. If you never zip it, and you're a 38, this will look awesome on you. If you're a 36...well, this will look just as awesome, but you'll be able to zip it. Neat!
Next, I have a bunch of 50s - 60s eyeglasses. These are what many consider to be the Holy Grail of eyeglasses - original, vintage Tart Arnels. I stumbled onto a small stash of original vintage NOS Arnels, in amber and brownsmoke (two of the most coveted colors), and I paid a pretty penny for them, so they will not go cheap. But they are the cleanest, most pristine Arnels I've ever seen. I hand-polished all of the metal parts, so they all shine like new.
For your reference: Johnny Depp wears vintage Arnels in Amber in public quite a bit, and in Secret Window, he wore Brownsmoke Arnels. You can also see the awesome Michael Stuhlbarg wear Brownsmoke Arnels in the Coen Bros' A Serious Man (which is what got me into these frames in the first place). They are also seen all over "Mad Men."
Arnel in Amber:

Those glasses auctions may not last long. I had another pair of Amber Tarts up, and within an hour of posting the auction, someone emailed me and offered me $800 for them. That's about what Amber typically sells for, and the Brownsmokes (in this color) go for $450 - $650. So, I'm sorry to say, if someone emails me and offers me those price ranges, I'm going to take it!
But I bought a whole bunch. PM me if you're interested - I have more that I have yet to put on eBay (I'm trying to sell them in waves).
I also have these Styl-Rite Guardsman frames:

These are the frames that John Slattery wears, playing Roger Sterling in "Mad Men." (not these actual frames, but it was confirmed to me that these are what he wears.)
I have some more vintage clothing, jackets, and shirts mostly, that I will be listing between now and xmas, so check all of my auctions to see what other old awesome stuff I have. I'm trying to kick this reputation I have as a hoarder.
Thanks for looking! Feel free to pm me with questions.
