Vintage Irvin Jacket

Hi All,
Looking for help to id the maker and date of my Irvin jacket, I think it might be early of pre-war manufacture but not sure. Also, what would its value be in today's market as looking to re home it. I also have a couple more WW2 jackets - B3 and B6 to re home as well.
The Irvin is a size 44 and would handle light wear, it has all its original zippers and elastic neck strap, it does have a repair to one shoulder/sleeve join and a few places where the shearling is worn on the cuffs and collar.
