Vintage handkerchiefs?

Can anyone help me out with dating this?

It's an unopened box of 3 cotton handkerchiefs. If it's really vintage, like 1930s-1950s I don't want to open it. If it's from the 1960s or later I will. There's no address so no area code even if it is post-1960s.

Sorry for the poor pics.

I believe that hankies from pre- 1950's came in boxes. The packaging on yours looks like the 60's to me.

That was what I was thinking as well. Thanks Pretty Gal! :)

It's a little :eek:fftopic: but I thought that I'd mention I bought a pack of Penney's linen handkerchiefs in December, and I have to to say that they're really high quality and some of the nicer ones I've had. I probably give them a little heavier than normal use (sinus condition) and I have three in pretty frequent rotation (rest in the drawer for future use) that have been washed once or twice a week and they're still like brand new. Contrast that to some higher-priced ones from Nordstrom that now seem much flimsier and not nearly as nice. And the best part of it was I had a $10 coupon and it was one of the pre-Christmas sale weekends, and I got a pack of handkerchiefs and a big pack of collar stays and total out of pocket after coupon and holiday discounts & specials - $2.33. Not bad for 13 handkerchiefs and the collar stays if I do say so myself.
