Thinking about thinning my closet out a bit. Up for grabs is a very nice vintage Golden Bear. Sized as a Large. I'd say it's closer to a 44 than a 42. (Will post exact measurements) Leather is about as perfect condition as it can get. No scratches or discoloring. Very supple and broke in. Low side adjusters and bi-swing action back makes tying your shoes easy. No restrictions in movement. One of the most comfortable jackets I've owned. One interior pocket. Only flaws of the jacket are a hole in the right handwarmer pocket & the big Talon zipper is missing the leather pull. Jacket is slightly big on me so I got to move it on.
Pit 2 pit 24"
Sleeves 25.5" from shoulder before action back.
Sleeves 24.25" from shoulder after action back.
Shoulders 18" before the added action back
Shoulders 20.25" with action bi swing back
Collar to hem from back 25.5"
Hope all these make sense! Any questions just ask.
Very cool jacket, I would use it as a work jacket in a heartbeat. It's a great price to. I just have a work jacket that looks very similar. I love these styles, very functional, very comfortable, the cuffs in general especially with the storm knit part just work. That golden bear looks like it can take anything thrown at it also. You throw it on and forget about it.... until everyone you see compliments it. I cant believe this golden bear is still here.
