Greetings, all. It's been a long time...
This is a Fairmount fur felt fedora, size 7, in a beautiful dark olive green. It has a 2" black ribbon/bow and a black bound 1 3/4" brim. I was able to clean and condition the sweat, but I don't have the skill to clean the liner, and you can see some staining on the liner. The felt is very soft and smooth.
There are no moth nibbles, tears/holes or other damage other than the typical base of the sweat showing wear.
I found this guy languishing in a peddler's mall, and rescued it after seeing it still there after several visits. It's not my size, but it is so nice looking I knew someone here would like to have it. I'm a 7 1/8 and this seems to fit true to a 7 based on my head...
In the pics I have it sitting next to a brown fur Dorfman 'Indy' to show the color, as well as an outside shot in full sunlight.
I can take any more pictures you’d like, just ask.
I'm not making any money on this, just trying to get it in the hands of someone that can wear it. $35 shipped conus. I don't have PP, but can do Venmo, Zelle, or check/m.o.
