Many of you know that I am a little obsessed with auctions and estate sales. I ran across this upcoming auction/estate sale and thought some of you might be interested. Looks like it's going to be a goldmine of vintage clothing and acessories! And from many eras too! See the pictures! Can I just tell you how rare that is to run across. I won't be able to attend but hopefully someone else might go and tell me what I missed! :D

Oh...if I didn't post this thread in the right place or this is not accepted just kindly move it or close it. Thanks!

Estate sales are easy to find! Go online and do a search for estate sales. You will find sites that list or even conduct estate sales in your neighborhood.

Ritzy..

Every state is different on how they conduct their auctions. Here where I live they all involve getting a number and sitting in the crowd as the items come up for auction.

Here's a site I like to check out. http://www.auctionzip.com/
Also try looking in the classifieds section of your local paper. They list them there too.

check your local paper under garage or tag sales. I know here they sometimes list estate/moving sales in the classified section, and they are ran like a garage/tag sale, at least some of them are. Some are the auction type. We hit one today and I picked up a cast iron gooseneck desk lamp for 15.00 and 2 old books for 2.00 each (one dated 1898 the other 1954), it was a tag type sale.
