These are rare vintage Chelsea boots made by Hartt Shoes in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada (my hometown). From the numbers in the shoes I assume they were made in 1985. For the history of Hartt shoes check out this link - https://www.myhartt.com/history/shoe_boot.htm
I bought these unworn a few months ago (a basement find). I have only worn these a couple of times inside the house. Sadly, they are too small for me so I have decided to sell them. Black leather, leather stacked heel with rubber heel, leather sole. The soles measure 11.8 inches long from toe to heel and 4 inches across the widest part of the foot. They are probably sized correctly in length when compared to a modern mans 8.5, but they are a little on the narrow side width-wise. This boot would work for either a man or women (probably equivalent to a 10-10.5 in women's size). I am asking $180 US + shipping from Canada.
