Vintage 2-Tone Green/Yellow Horsehide Jacket & Pre-WWI Unblocked Panama Hat

I just posted a nifty vintage 2-tone green and yellow leather jacket, an early 1900s unblocked Panama hat (625 WPI), and some other goodies on eBay. Apologies for not first offering them to my fellow loungers, but I have no idea of their value and felt that eBay was the only option under the circumstances. What circumference is the panama hood? what s the length from tip to edge of brim?

The height from the top of the crown to where the weaving stops is 11 1/2" and the circumfrence measured around the outside at the end of the weaving is approximately 24".
