just acquired this wonderful competition weight Vanson A2, probably made in the 90s. I thought I was getting a roomy civilian fit A2 but at size 44, it actually is like a repro. Any A2 expert could identify which contract/contract combination?

Well the elongated collar and rounded tips give the appearance of a Monarch A-2 but the pocket flaps are more like those of a Cable 27753, so a bitsa design with no specific single contract detailing.
