I can't cover the warranty myself. I don't know if the warranty is still good. I believe it is because the iPhone is new.

You may want to determine the status of the warranty from the original seller in order to facilitate this sale.

The Apple standard 1 year warranty activates at the time of purchase and is honored at all Apple stores regardless of where the phone was purchased from. Apple also offers an extension to the standard warranty that extends it for one additional year. The extended Applecare warranty can be added anytime within the first year from date of purchase.
