Unique Brown Derby keepsake!

A friend, who knew I was cuckoo for vintage Hollywood, gave me this original occupancy certificate from the Vine Street Derby several years ago.
Penned very small into the wooden frame at the upper right hand corner are the words "coffee shop" and a telephone number.

Now 54 years old, it was certain to have hung on the wall at the very time Lucy was filming the episode of "I Love Lucy" where she meets William Holden in the Brown Derby.

Pretty cool, huh?
