Un beau chapeau pour moi

Greetings all, I just won this yesterday.

It I couldn’t find anything about the company on the net so I am looking for a little assistance. I paid a bit more for it than I had wanted to, but I admit to succumbing to sentimentality. So any help with information and or thoughts on the chapeau would be appreciated.

By the way...the best fries I have ever had....yep...France. But I found the secret on a cooking show. They double fry them...that way they sty hot longer and have a "deeper" flavor. I know...fftopic: but since I started the thread...

I think you got that hat for a good price. I just won a 1930s Stetson fedora on eBay, and I'm happy to be paying $31 for it. In today's eBay, if you can keep below the $40 mark for a nice pre-'60s fedora, you're ahead of the game.

I have never heard of this brand from France before . It could have been made by the few companies that existed in France during the 1930's to the 1960's such as Flechet , Mossant and France' .
In any event , finding a French made hat is very rare as all of the factories were gone by the 1960's . Enjoy your new chapeau !!!
