U.S. Navy Officer Cloak like FDR wore at Yalta. Size L or XL

I have a formal U.S. Navy dress cloak with "frogging" across the front and a navy blue wool lining. This is the kind that FDR wore at Yalta......
I also have a U.S. Marine dress cloak which is the same as the Naval cloak except that the lining is red instead of blue. It is either a L or XL. I am thinking of selling them both. Does anyone have any idea of their worth?
