Tyrolean "Straw"?

I once saw a straw hat in the Tyrolean style in a music video some years ago and once in an old ad somewhere in these forums. I've been looking for the video to get screenshots. Does anyone have any info on who might have made the hat? Thanks, for your responses in advanced.
