Tullio Bertasio......

Can anyone here tell me a little bit about these hats? What kind of quality are they, their orgin, how do they match up to some of the other vintage hats that are about 40-50 years old? I don't want to compair them to a Borso of course, but I think you get my drift. Does anybody own 1, or know of anyone that does? Thanks in advance.

I do have one Bolthead. It is an absolutely fantastic hat. I think mine is of good quality and I wish I had more of them. This one has an underwelt.

That is a nice hat indeed Douglas. I had a feeling that if anyone might've had one of these, if would be either you or maybe Dinerman. Thanks for sharing. I have my eye on one, I'll let you know how I made out on it.

Well, I indeed won it.

This hat That I was asking about, I was fortunate to snag it, for a mere $15....you can't beat that. I can't wait to see it when it comes. You'll all be happy to know that it's NOT a stingy.

Those are both great lids, I'm just glad that I'm a tad bit too small for that Tullio Bolthead, otherwise I would have snapped it up. lol
