Does anyone listen to this show? It's on Friday nights via WRCA AM1330 Boston. It's hosted by Paul Buresh. He talks about vintage radio's and plays great music. Every week he has a guest,and they talk about the tube radio history. It's on for 1 hour starting at 11 pm eastern time. We listen to him via computer through a(AMT3000) AM transmitter and out one of our restored radio's. After his show is another classic hour hosted by the recently deceased Great Danny Stiles. Here's what my wife and I do every Friday evening. Shut the TV off! Turn on a restored radio, let her warm up, tune in our frequency from the AMT3000 linked to the computer. Pour a couple of glasses of wine, dim the lights, and listen to Paul onTube Talk followed by Danny Stiles for two nice relaxing hours...with just the nice glow coming from the dial light and the tubes from our radio.The sound out of an antique radio is perfect for these shows. It's the best part of our week! Give it a try, and let us know.

As fall is here and the evenings are getting chilly...it's even more reason to tune in to listen to the show. I can't tell you how much we enjoy Friday nights since finding out about this show. Paul does a excellent job of entertaining his listeners. If you enjoy old tube radio's and a variety of the music from the years the tube radio were popular...tune in. There will be some nice Sinatra, Nat King Cole, a little Glenn Miller in the music mix this week along with some conversation about the "mysterious number broadcasts" and WW2 radio urban myths. Friday 11pm east coast WRCA 1330 AM and streaming on the WRCA site.

This show keeps getting better every week. Last night some great music...including a couple of Christmas classics. Nice change of pace from watching TV.
