TRIMBLE HAT CO. ANYBODY HEARD OF THEM???

I just picked-up this hat. I have to stop buying hats, but I really wanted a gray fedora with a wider brim. This hat seemed to fit the bill. Can anybody tell me anything about Trible Hats? Anybody able to date this hat? I know I probably paid too much, but if it's in as great a shape as it looks, and it's vintage then I think it was money well spent. Any thoughts or coments. I would appreciate your help here.

Your Trimble looks great. I'd say it's a keeper.

I had a Trimble. Mid level small name hat company. Kept it for a while, but eventually sold it. The felt was soft and fine, but just didn't hold its shape the way I like. The bow also was a bit sloppy; it kind of bothered me.

Funny, I recently picked one up on eBay, and was absolutely AMAZED with its quality. Mine is a soft green Whippet clone, and the flet molds like clay, and holds its shape exactly where I put it! I guess the quality isn't consistent, or depends upon the vintage . . .

Dinerman, Aliados those are both fine looking lids. I hope this one is as nice as it looks. I couldn't resist the opportunity to get this thin ribboned had with a 2.75" brim. I thought FL members would have more info on the Trimble Hats.
