I'll start out with my favorite western hat and boots combo "Whiskey and Feathers" : Churchill for Neiman Marcus "Red River" in Whiskey, with an renewed elaborate feather badge and band. I like to underpin it with a pair of J. B. Hill "La Plumas" in whiskey with a chocolate calf foot and inlaid feather shafts.

I'll play - I've yet to watch my first Indiana Jones film, but I happen to have a couple of items of Indy wardrobe.

Garrison Hatters Raiders hat and my Alden 403 boots.

Excellent Aldens Combo David! I know they make a whole line of Indie boots that are quite popular with the "Made in America" blog fans.

Playing too; My only shoe hat pic is my 50's Stetson Stratoliner and a pair of Allen Edmonds loafers. I like my kahki slacks ironed and lightly starched. These slacks look very wrinkled to my eyes. Apologies for the weary look, but I suspect that the kicked up heels was a needed moment.

The pic is one where I was kicking my heels up at the gym. I hope this works as my shoes/hat are not quite as fancy or exotic as you folks, but normal attire for me.

Eric -

SBG, I think that the photo works perfectly. The slacks look good, just enough wrinkles. No wrinkles at all and they don't look real.

Michaelshane, I like the photo. I think that it really works.

Randall, clever and well-framed hood shot; hope you rinsed the mud off those soles first. BTW, (at least on my old '84) did ever notice that "Mercedes Benz", as shown in the "radiator" wreath logo is the ONLY place on the car where those two words are actually spelled out? That's star power!

Navarre, I'm not sure whether its moxie or ignorance, but according to the Cowboy Hat Book, "the 2" feather band urban cowboy look is dead, thankfully" and I'm not sure that those long tail feathers aren't for a ladies hat, but I like em both. At 6'4" in boots, nobody's said anything to me yet...

Eric, I envy your starched khakis; my laundry wants to dry clean everything; no idea what their soldier customers are doing. But anyway, I like the bright tan combo. Very crisp. I'm working on similar off-white scarf/hat combo to post.

Michaelshane, you just gave me another idea for another hat thread: What's lurking in big boxes under YOUR bed? (discounting the dust bunnies) Thx!

David, I think we've got some budding product-shot talent here!
