Someone we know on another site has asked this, and I thoguht of you chaps...
"I know, I know! But this is a real enquiry (and I'm afraid you'll probably need to be at least as old as I am to answer it). Does anyone remember an old comedy record with this title, using the tune of Scenes That Are Brightest, made by Tommy Handley (ITMA)? I've tracked down a site called Dinosaurs which has one made by Leslie Holmes but they can't trace Tommy Handley as having recorded it. So I may be wrong.
I really want to find this to give to my older brother, who is rather ill at present. It always used to be played in our house on Christmas morning and we have fond memories of it. It does need to be the same recording, so unless I'm wrong and it wasn't Tommy Handley (but I'm sure I can remember his voice) the LH one won't do.
Any one have any ideas? I've googled and found the dinosaur site, but if you know of any others I might try...."
Anyone able to help??
