Apologies if this is not the right thread. I got my fit jacket from TD - like it a lot. However, but unsure about sleeve length.

I don't ride bikes so don't have need for extra sleeve length. Already discussed with Carrie and her recommendation is half inch off.

I am thinking I want to go a full inch. What do you think? I totally trust Carrie but also want to see what others thought. The arm is snug.

Hi ppratim,

If you start a separate thread, you're likely to get far more responses...people don't often comment on our Affiliate Thread...

Hi Carrie,

Are those pictures of the battered seal hide accurate in tone? I am just wondering if the battered seal is different from what is usually termed dark seal? Also, are you able to tell me how different the battered seal is from the CXL brown horsehide in color? I never trust my eyes, being a bit color blind.

Hi kronos77,

Yes, the photos are accurate in color...for your reference, the Dark Seal Vicenza is a lot darker. The Battered Seal is .25-.5 shades darker than the Brown FQHH. Hope this helps you...

That battered seal is beautiful!

Out of a mere curiosity for a possible far future idea - is it possible to have the Aeromarine without the shawl collar?

Hi Monitor,

The Shawl Collar is fundamental to the Aeromarine's design, so I don't think this would be possible. For a jacket that's a lot like the Aeromarine, but with a standard collar, you'll want to check out the Premier Highwayman...

Nah, it's the buttons that I like and there's nothing really similar to the Aeromarine that has standard dress collar.

The Maxwell, Mulligan and Teamster are all too long. It would be so cool if they had something like a Bootlegger or any short Perfecto style, only with buttons. Like that jacket from The Lost Highway movie.

Hi Monitor - I'm sure you're probably aware of this, but if you're looking for a lancer front with button, what do you think of this?:
