I'm going to study aeronautical sciences and work to become an airline pilot. And my parents love me alright. I heard them in the other room when my mom came home. My dad said "Our worst fears have come true. He got in." Then they both laughed. Thank God for student loans, I guess.

Congratulations! I worked with ER grads when I was at NASA's Dryden Flight Research Center. If you are interested in a great co-op program contact Dryden , dfrc.nasa.gov, when you get to that point in your schooling.

Congratulations Jay, and blue skies! :cheers1:

Just remember a few basic rules:
- Try to stay in the middle of the air. Do not go near the edges of it.
- The edges of the air can be recognized by the appearance of ground, buildings, sea, trees and interstellar space. It is much more difficult to fly there.
- You know that your landing gear is up and locked when it takes full power to taxi to the terminal.

Could be worse, you could've gotten accepted into art school, like me! lol Fortunately, I was able to get a design job.

Congrats and good luck! Just don't pull the Howie Mendell trick of taking the pilot's and copilot's jackets, walking up the aisle with a friend and saying "I thought YOU were flying the plane!" ;)
