The Visor Knitting company was founded in 1904, (re)organized in 1908 and incorporated in 1910. It had business entities in both Niagara Falls, NY and Toronto, Ontario. Later the head of Canadian operation was shifted to Niagara Falls, Ontario. In 1922, the company employed 75 people, and had a retail location at 8 Gillett Court, Niagara Falls, NY. Their factory was located at 2015 Whirlpool Ave, Niagara Falls, NY. The Canadian operation was based out of the "Old Armory", which they began leasing in 1913. In addition to a range of men's and women's sweaters, the company also made "leather and corduroy jerkins", and "jerseys, bathing suits and golf hose". (source) The company went out of business in 1928.
