A profoundly elegant gold Rolex c.1958 - purchased on an extended overseas business trip by a New Zealand wool baron and worn every day until his death in 1989 - really. An original object'd'art in excellent working order.

A piece of an exotic past woven into the hatband of a particularly lovely Truffaux Herringbone. Unsurpassed for authentic old world elegance - a genuine one-off Truffaux artwork.

All sizes available - but only one hat.

I don't want to come across too crass, but being both an avid watch and hat collector, I think that is one of the dumbest things I have ever seen. On the first part, it is un-usable as you cant see the time with out taking off your hat. Two, if that Rolex is what they claim and in good working order, they have essentially put a beautiful watch on a piece of crap $20 hat and held it on with about $1 worth of cheap ribbon.

Also not "the original" hat watch. I've known of construction workers who place a cheap digital inside their hardhats for years. And as stated above, also as a collector of both watches and hats, I find the offering ludicrous (and talk about a mismatch of the hat/watch combo!).

Pretty dumb place to wear a watch, especially a vintage Rolex. I my 'hood, it'd be knocked off your head and gone in a few minutes of wearing it on the street ! Looks like something you'd see in GQ :)
