The Maltese Falcon. One of Seven?

Hi all,
There is an auction going on. I am not sure if I am allowed to post a link. Anyway, the seller claims it is "one of seven" falcon's that were created for the film. Then they claim it was the first or second one made as "prototypes" for the film final versions.
I do not remember reading that there were that many falcons made for the production. It has a hefty starting bid and I am wondering if it is legit.
Can anyone give some clarification or opinions based on the given info? I can provide a link if acceptable.

This is a bogus falcon. This guy trys every few months to pawn it off on E-bay hoping that some poor schmuck will believe him.

He got taken and paid a grand sum for this bird. He now knows he was taken....but he is trying to sell it.

What about Haunted Studios bird? Their running between 75 to 100 on Ebay and are supposed to be really nice.
