The Hollywood Suit - but not online

Does anybody know of retailers in the U.S. that carry the following suit pattern used by mycustomtailor.com? If not, would you recommend sending mycustomtailor.com custom measurements (and hope they get it right) or buying one of their "stock" sizes and having it fine-tuned by a local shop?

Mike I don't even think they have the pattern. I'm pretty sure they wing it. The arm holes are going to be a problem on a modern stock suit and it will look a bit off if you start changing a bunch of things around on one.
