I understand this post probably won't get a lot of replies, what with me being an Indy Gear member and all. Just thought I'd share.

No, those hats are REAL and they are a light canary yellow. I think they are great "fun" hats. As a matter of fact, Art made a "peach" colored hat for me out of vintage felt. And Optimo had some very nice pastel colors this year. Breaks up the boredom of the "standard issue" colors , IMHO.

PS who cares and what has Indy got to do with that? You're very welcome here and a valued member!:eusa_clap

The two way wrist radio is on its way. I just have to make it first.

As for the hat, I know you guys're gonna kill me, but it didn't come yellow. It came in all white, even the ribbon. It only cost me about 25$ in a random hat shop on the boulevard (it's wool lol), so I snatched it up and colored the felt yellow and the ribbon black with a marker. From a distance, you can't tell, but upon closer inspection, you can.

Not a bad idea! I was thinking I'd go with a black or navy suit, red tie with black stripes, white shirt, yellow trench coat and yellow fed.

Sounds like the perfect set up to me!! Get all set up with your outfit, then get in touch with Madonna and have her join you in her Breathless Mahoney garb and you'll be ready to go! Make sure it's the Madonna from 15 years ago though...

It is hard to tell from internet pictures, but there were yellow movie hats made for a short time after the movie came out. Just like the Star Wars stuff ...so jokes on us.lol
