The battle of Nappa vs. split-leather. ;)

Pros and cons?

Some years ago, I had a half-long Nappa-leathercoat, but gave it up. But, I got still my (Pork)Nappa-blouson and my beloved porksplit-jacket.

I guess, I will never be a real fan of Nappa and the curious thing about my other porksplit-jacket is, that this jacket was astonishing warming me, from the beginning on. So it's really a proper winterjacket! But, with Nappa, I never felt really good and convinient.

Could it be, that split-leather is generally more warming, than Nappa? I don't know, really.

Isn't Nappa just a really general term for soft leather that can pretty much mean anything?

To me, Nappa is still the hair-site and "split" the middle-layers to the flesh-side.
