Normally, a fully-loaded droptank weighed about 500-550# IIRC (same as the max rated weight for a bomb on the same hardpoint), with around 60-70 gallons of fuel.
At around 6#/gallon, that's ~360-420# of fuel, so the tank would weigh around ~130# empty.
Today, you'd be better served with a fiberglass reproduction tank, which would shave a fair amount off that weight.
