Tonak hats

I´ve been to Tonak´s shop here in Prague and I tried to find some usable hat and I have to say that the bodies may be ok, but their final products are missing something. If you look at the collections
http://www.tonak.cz/index.php?typ=TSB&showid=10
you may find that the hats are somewhat different from the classical fedoras we are used to from this site. The felt looks weird on the photos (is it true that the beaver felt mustn´t be used in Europe?), the ribbons are mostly more than experimental and the overal shape is not worth the price (well, the most expensive models I saw were for about 158USD, but I would rather spend these money for a vintage Adam or so...)

However, they make some quite funny western style hats with more than generous feather decorations. (The wearers should beware of hunters during the duck season... http://www.tonak.cz/picture/gallery/katalog-08-09/details/10480-07.jpg )

They're fantastic looking hats, but they're definitely not cheap. :(

(The starting price is around 1500 euros, and goes up...)
