I am looking for posed photos of servicemen with their wife/sweetheart. Probably not going to find the two of them in front of a jeep or aircraft, perhaps in a back yard or even a studio.

Are there web sites that archive WW2 photos, specifically homefront photos?

I am trying to get a feel of how they dressed and how they posed.

Try using flickr.com that is what I use to print up pretend sweetheart photographs from home for our unit's mail call. Use it like a search engine for photos, using keywords like WW2, sweetheart, homefront, etc
