Suit too small?

I am currently cleaning out my closet and adding new items. I came across this suit I've had for several years. My body type has changed since I bought it as a 44 about 10 years ago. I am more of a 46 now. Do you guys think its too small now? Honest opinions. If its too small I'll just sell it,its not the end of the world.

Note: pay no attention to the lack of shirt cuffs, when taking these pictures I put on an old shirt with sleaves that are way too short now...

The back is a mess and I doubt much could be done to clean it up. It's just not a good cut for you. BTW, don't go by manufacturers sizing #'s, as they will very from one maker to another. Just go with what fits.
