Suit Question

I just have a quick question and need some advice.
I have a couple of suits but I'm wanting to find more. Unfortunately, I'm on a tight budget, so going out and getting a good suit is rough on the pocket book.
Where is a good place to find good suits for a decent price? Also, maybe some suggestions on where to get suits that would fit in the 30s - 50s style.
I really enjoy that still, hence me wanting to join The Fedor Lounge.

Thank you so much for your help my friends.

FWIW, I picked up 2 decent suits at Salvation Army for <$10 each. One of the two (my favorite) is a navy 95% wool, 5% Cashmere, made in Israel. When I got it it was by far my best fitting suit, and gets quite a few compliments. Not bad for $7. I suspect you could buy one a tad too large and have it trimmed down to size by a good tailor as well.
Maybe not the most stylish, but does the job, and no worries about your $500-$1000 suit..

I've gotten most of mine on eBay. It can take some patience until you come across one that fits, is the style you want, and in your price range, but every now and then you'll find a real jewel.

Gentlemen,

There are many kinds of public service donation charity stores in many cities. These causes benefit all sorts of uses. But the stores may benefit you as generous doners will have placed items there which would otherwise be of much higher cost and may be no longer available at retail. I have purchased many nice items at such charity stores. These purchases generally have a positive effect on ones community in addition to benefiting ones wardrobe. Look around you.
