suggestions on fixing my grandpas hat(pics)

would anybody have any ideas on how or who to send my grandfathers hat to. i would like to get it cleaned an fixed. the inner liner is falling out and the band is gone if it had one. also could someone tell me when this hat was made?

I have an Open Road just like that with the same liner from the early 1950s. Yours might be from the same time period.

It's rough but can be fixed up nicely.

Like others have said, try Optimo or perhaps Art.
