Stetson liners with horses?

I did a search on this without success.

I just got my nutria hat with the liner depicting a cowboy riding a horse. Other Stetsons I've seen show the now famous cowboy kneeling on the ground giving his horse a drink out of his hat - does anyone know the dates these liners were used? Here's my liner:

Stetson horse logos have been around for a long time and are still used.
The one you have looks either '40s or early '50s to me.

Thanks for that photo. I have a hat looks like that one, but with a bound brim, and I wondered if it was 40's or 50's.
