Condition- Excellent, almost perfect. The only flaw is a slight smudge on the underside of the brim on the rightside close to the sweat.

In your opinion does this fit like a loose 7 or does the sizing run true?

I think it is a true 7 Feraud. It is a beautiful hat and I thought about stretching it but I think it would be too much for it to go to a 7-1/4.

I sometimes luck out with odd sizings but not with this one.

Sorry for the poor photos. There is no blue tint in the felt. It is a pearl gray on the cool side.

I wish it was a 7.5.. Do you have a hat as nice as this one that's too big for you? and would you consider selling it?

I will check but I think the 3/8s and up are gone.
