The ever-reliable Adrian Herring has a new line of spectators.

Made by Cheaney, I've just take delivery of my first pair. Cost £195, including taxes and free UK postage.

The quality is stunning - lovely full leather lining, comfortable, a deep chestnut leather calf which will polish and patina very well, and white leather (better than suede or canvas in the UK's unpredictable climate, I think.) Superb workmanship.

There are three other styles.

Can't recommend them highly enough!

There is the GBP31 of VAT which does not apply to overseas sales BTW GBP160 = USD320 cheaper than official AE Broadstreets price

Those are gorgeous! I have no problem paying that kind of money for shoes. But I'd be afraid to without trying them on. For that kind of money, I want them to fix exactly right.

And they only offer medium width anyway. That kills it for me.

Medium English width = F is like USA E fitting for what it's worth...

Beautiful shoes. A little pricey for me (If they started offering two for one, now..... ;) ), but gorgeous. How long do they tend to last? I wish Clarks would do their standard brogues and Oxfords in two tone, as I can get ten good years out of a pair of those...
