Spearpoint Cotton Pullover Shirts

Can anybody suggest a new spearpoint cotton pullover shirt, short or long sleeve? Polo shirts, in particular, maybe with a patch pocket. I've seen them in vintage catalogs, but I can't find an image of one to post. Thank you.

These are by Cubavera. I saw them at Macy's and they are very similar to my vintage 1940s 'Manhattan' linen pullover polo shirts.

They're nice, but I'm looking for something with a bigger collar.

Aero Leathers do some very nice quality Spearpoint half placket shirts in their Aero Clothing section, also Darcy Clothing have a good selection very nice ordinary(full placket) spearpoint shirts.

I'm looking for combed cotton shirts like a polo shirt, but with a pocket and a real collar.

I'm sure they existed, but I haven't seen many vintage combed cotton polo shirts. The ones I've seen have always been rayon & cotton blends or linens.
