I bought this dress about a year ago and apparently didn't think to read the sizing. I thought about taking it in but decided against it since it's in a hard to find larger size.
I have not re-measured the dress, these are the measurements listed from the original seller:

Waist-up to 36 inches
Hips-Full
Total Length-32 1/2" inches from waist to hem
