I just got this hat today, and I'm thinking of sending it to Optimo for some blocking/upsizing, which will probably entail some loss of brim width, the sweat and maybe the ribbon. Before I spoil the original integrity, I thought I'd list it here for a few days so someone that might be able to wear it as-is might get a crack. It's a beautiful mid-grey that's really hard to capture in photos. Sweat and liner are in excellent condition, felt appears unblemished. No odors, stains, or moth divots. It has a bit of taper, and could do with a blocking, but it's a great hat. It's got the Seabiscuit vibe I was looking for. Specs: 5 1/2" crown, 2 7/8" brim. I'd just like to recoup what I paid plus shipping costs, so I'm asking $175 PayPal, shipped UPS. If no bites before Sunday afternoon, I'll be boxing it up and sending it to Chicago on Monday.
