This hat has no tag and was listed as a 7 1\2, its a little big on me so I would say its a 7 5\8s.
There is nothing wrong with the felt but it could use a cleaning.
The front of the sweat needs to be restitched but the sweat seems to me to be in good shape.
I have gotten to where I dont stretch, smaller sized hats and try to buy my size and if this would have fit I would have had a new sweat put in.
