Absolutely fantastic Green Royal Stetson. Felt is like butter, no defects that I can see. Brim 2 5/8” and crown as creased is ~ 4 5/8” in front and 3 ½” in rear. Creased with a deep diamond bash.

Absolutely fantastic Green Royal Stetson. Hate to sell it but afraid I will ruin it plus I am closer to a 7 3/8 than a 7 ¼.. Felt is like butter, no defects that I can see. Brim 2 5/8” and crown as creased is ~ 4 5/8” in front and 3 ½” in rear. Creased with a deep diamond bash.

I thought the same thing too, David.

I'm an American size 7 1/8, however, 7 1/4 often work.

Sometimes, it's worth a try

I’m between a 7 1/8 and 7 1/4. I tend to go with 7 1/8 because I like a tight feeling hat. It fits me well. I can take measurements if you want.

Thanks, Bill. I’ve never had any luck with going up a size in old Stetsons—I’m a true 7 1/8-57 and with no padding on my bald head generally like a pretty tight-fitting hat.

Let me second that, fabulous hats and such beautiful colours. I know that it's best to ignore the page, when you have a seven and three quarters hat size, you're in a small minority. It's why I get my hats made bespoke. Great hats though Bill.
