Textured cotton striped shirt from the 30s me thinks. maybe earlier? The collar has a double button feature with offset buttons and holes that I've never seen before. There is a partial placket also then it's scalloped below the bottom button. It's in excellent condition. The shirt is a small size 14 1/2 measuring:
