Smart casual shoe recommendation

I’m looking for a nice leather shoe, derby or blucher or more casual Oxford. I’d prefer a rubber sole or half sole. Something that can be dressed up to wear with jacket or down with smart casual attire.

Any recommendations on brands, leather, style, etc?

My initial thoughts are Alden, Viberg and maybe Edward Green at high end but haven’t shopped for this kind of shoe in a decade so open to ideas and suggestions!
